SHIPPING POLICY

Campana Kids ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 2 days. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

Shipping Charges
We provide Free Shipping on all Orders of Rs.1000 or above. Below Rs.1000, a shipping charge of Rs.99 applies.

Estimated Delivery Time

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers,the delivery time would be within 4 to 9 business days of placing the order (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). We will take between 1 - 2 days to ship orders and after dispatch 2 - 7 days is typically taken by our logistics partners. Due to the COVID situation delivery timelines may get impacted.

Tracking Packages
Once dispatched, consignment details will be shared with you on your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 48hours of placing an order, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 -48 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Hidden Charges
You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra. 

Non-availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
